Senior Specialist- Service Design and Transition

We are looking for a Senior Specialist – Service Design and Transition with at least 5 years of solid experience in process management, service design, and IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will play a key role in end-to-end service design and transition activities, working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and operations to ensure new and changed services are designed, transitioned, and delivered effectively within a BPO / Shared Services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Service Design and Transition activities for new, changed, or enhanced services.
• Develop and manage service design artifacts including service models, process flows, operational readiness checklists, and transition plans.
• Perform journey mapping and service blueprinting to improve customer and operational experience.
