ob Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment from candidate engagement, shortlisting, screening, interview through to offer negotiation and preparation of employment agreements Provide advisory consultations to hiring departments on the recruitment process, giving recommendations and guidance on the hiring decisions Advise hiring departments on headcount availability and commence the hiring process Review job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job boards Publish positions on advertisement channels and job portals, monitor process and track data Attend to job seekers and potential applicants who walk-in to the Talent Hub to assist them with their enquiries or interview appointments Participate and support recruitment activities and events Manage full internship lifecycle from hiri...
