This role serves as the lead architect of the organization’s People & Culture reporting ecosystem, ensuring that every member of the P&C team - from Business Partners to Heads of P&C, executive leadership, and other key strategic partners are empowered, literate and have access to accurate, high-impact insights for critical decision-making.
