Senior Specification Technologist

As the Senior Specification Technologist Food Safety, you will manage the maintenance and sign-off of product specifications and associated documentation, across all our stores, working collaboratively with a variety of departments.
As Senior Specification Technologist Food Safety you will: Extensive working knowledge of Food Law including, allergen management, legal food & drink labelling requirements and experience of future horizon scanning; to detect potential Food Law changes.
Support the Senior Technical Manager- Supplier & Product to ensure the effective implementation of the Food Safety and Quality Management Policy.
Working closely with Food Buying, to ensure new products and concessions launch on time in safe and legal manner
Champion accurate completion of Foodhalls & Resturants product specifications sold in Selfridges prior to launch, in-line with Selfridges policies, procedures and ethical trading requirements.
