Senior SQA Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This hybrid role involves both manual and automation testing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will collaborate closely with development and QA teams, contribute to test strategy, and drive automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and desktop applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
Implement and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, SmartBear TestComplete, or similar.
Report and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA) and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers and QA leads to review requirements and define test strategies.
Optimize QA processes and contribute to continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
