Senior SQE Engineer

Job Summary

• Work with Suppliers, Procurement and Engineering to drive quality improvement or purchased materials
• Liaise closely with suppliers for improvement actions in the event of material quality issues.
• Work together with Procurement and Engineering on selection and approval of new suppliers.
• Work effectively with Engineering in qualifying new customized parts / components for Production use
• Joint effort with Procurement on Supplier Performance Rating
• Guide and support incoming material buy-off on proper inspection and evaluation methods.
• Member of Material Review Board (MRB) for disposition of non-conforming materials
