Senior Staff Accountant

We are a growing real estate investment and property management company based in Los Angeles, focused on scaling a high-quality multifamily portfolio.

We are hiring (3) Senior Staff Accountants to act as a review & oversight layer between transactional accounting (AP/AR) and leadership, ensuring accuracy, identifying issues early, and supporting property-level financial performance.

This is not a data entry role. You will be expected to think critically, catch errors, and partner directly with Property Managers and internal teams.

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements across a portfolio of multifamily properties
• Act as the primary review layer for AP/AR and junior accounting work
• Support month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and variance explanations
