Senior Staff Accountant

Nautical Staffing is looking for a
Senior Staff Accountant
, preferably someone with background in the US healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support audit processes and prepare necessary documentation.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; CPA designation is an advantage.
