Job Title: Senior Staff Algorithm Engineer LiDAR Perception & DSP Experience: 10+ Years Location: Bengaluru Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or max 30days Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Algorithm Engineer to lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced LiDAR sensing and perception algorithms for next-generation autonomous and intelligent sensing systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), LiDAR/Radar algorithms, computer vision, and embedded perception systems, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready sensor algorithm pipelines. This role requires ownership of the complete algorithm stackfrom signal processing and ranging to point cloud generation, object detection, tracking, and system validationwhile collaborating closely with optics, firmware, embedded software, and systems engineering teams.
