Senior Staff, Analog Design Engineer

Job Description

+ Define, design and develop innovative circuits for high-performance timing products
+ Mentor, lead and/or supervise junior designers
+ Lead new product development projects
+ Work closely and efficiently with remote engineering teams such as layout, digital, system design and validation
+ Support Test, debug and characterize prototypes in the lab
+ Provide technical support throughout the entire product development cycle and release to production
+ Great attitude, self motivation, and excellent teamwork
+ Solid knowledge of integrated circuit design, device physics and advanced process technology
+ Experience in designing PLLs or building blocks such as VCO, phase detector, charge pump and other related circuits
+ Deep understanding of transistor modeling, circuit noise theory and phase noise concepts
+ Proficient in Cadence analog / mixed signal simulation toolset
