**How You’ll Make an Impact**



Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, the Senior Staff Software Engineer shapes technical strategy across the engineering organisation. While this predominantly a hands-on role, you'll also define the standards and patterns that teams build on, tackle the hardest cross-cutting technical challenges, and serve as a key technical voice in organisational decisions. Your influence extends beyond your immediate domain - you help set the direction for how the organisation builds and operates its platform.

+ Define and drive technical strategy across multiple domains and teams

+ Lead the design and delivery of the most complex, high-impact technical initiatives
