Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Analyse and Define Operational efficiency opportunity based on key TCR cost elements (Personnel, Capital & Material) thru DMAIC approaches.
Provide guidance to IE engineers. Deployment of IE tools and methodologies in conduct studies, data collection and projects.
Drive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problems.
Set and establish various manufacturing standards and KPI annually. Identify the gaps and formulate actions to close the gaps. Work with Operation to buy-in new standards/KPI for TCR and review with Resource Planning & Finance.
Ensure data quality of Basic IE database - Standards for Labor, Material Usage Factor, Operation Cycle Time, UPH, OEE.
Drive manufacturing performance KPI such as OEE, UPH, MMO.
