Senior Staff Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with customers to understand all BCDMOS active and passive devices and their feature requirements.
• Led the BCD technology-related active and passive device P-cell layout generation. 
• Working closely with the Modelling team to get models developed to satisfy customers ' application-specific needs.
• Work closely with PDK teams to implement all necessary application-specific device features in the PDK and close the loop/Technical communication with customers.
• Based on customers' needs, enhance BCDMOS device performance and features. 

Requirements:

• Master or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering /Physics with 5 years experiences in the Semiconductor Fabs environment.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering /Physics with 8+ years of experience in BCD device development is welcome to apply.
