The Senior Staff Finance Project Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) is responsible for leading finance workstreams for merger, acquisition, divestiture, and integration initiatives across the CFO organization. This role acts as the primary bridge between the IT Project Manager and Finance business teams, ensuring end-to-end alignment across systems, processes, controls, timelines, and value realization.

This position drives disciplined project execution through structured governance, detailed planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across Finance, IT, Legal, HR, Shared Services, and external partners. The role focuses on readiness, integration, and stabilization to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to ongoing operations and strong compliance with internal controls.
