At Semtech, the New Product Introduction (NPI) Product Engineering team is the central force behind every product we bring to market. The team takes full ownership of new product development, guiding each program from concept through to high-volume manufacturing and end-of-life, with a focus on quality, precision, and execution. Working across Design, Test, Validation, Quality, Reliability, Applications, and Operations, our engineers define testability requirements, drive comprehensive characterisation across PVT, ensure robust ATE-to-bench correlation, optimise yield and test cost, and enable seamless transfer into production. As demand for high-performance optical and analog/mixed‑signal IC solutions continues to grow, we are strengthening our NPI capability to ensure we consistently deliver best‑in‑class product performance, manufacturability, and customer value.
