Senior / Staff Nurse

Responsibilities: Plays a central role in providing nursing care to residents in Lions Home. Assist Nurse Manager in providing leadership management. Assist Nurse Manager in supervising junior healthcare staff (Healthcare Assts / Nursing Aides) Implement established nursing policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of care. Provide interprofessional collaborative team approach. To monitor and report on nursing practices and assist in implementing necessary changes in consultation with Director of Nursing. To attend regulary nursing management meeting. To ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan are carried out. Requirements: Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant and cheerful disposition. Able to perform shift duties.
