Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care by preparing patients and assisting the dermatologist during procedures to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Educate patients on treatment plans, financial counselling, post-procedure care and skin health
• Coordinate daily clinic operations by managing patient flow and scheduling to optimize clinic efficiency and service quality
• Process insurance claims accurately and timely
• Perform administrative tasks including documentation and inventory management to maintain smooth clinic operations and compliance with standards
