Senior / Staff Nurse (Palliative) #HJO

Job Responsibilities:
Provide safe, competent, and patient-centred nursing care based on patients' needs and conditions
Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and implement appropriate care plans
Administer medications, perform wound care, and carry out nursing procedures as required
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, treatment, and progress
Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to provide support and guidance
Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of medications and medical supplies
Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe care environment
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and professional guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board registration
Relevant experience in hospital or inpatient setting preferred
