Senior / Staff Nurse

Responsibilities

• Plays a central role in providing nursing care to residents in Lions Home.
• Assist Nurse Manager in providing leadership management.
• Assist Nurse Manager in supervising junior healthcare staff (Healthcare Assts / Nursing Aides)
• Implement established nursing policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of care.
• Provide interprofessional collaborative team approach.
• To monitor and report on nursing practices and assist in implementing necessary changes in consultation with Director of Nursing.
• To attend regulary nursing management meeting.
• To ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan are carried out.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
