Senior Staff Research/Standardization Specialist

Research & Innovation is seeking ambitious and highly engaged radio protocol layer Radio Research and Standardization Specialists to join our Protocol Layer Standardization & Research team. In this role, you will drive 6G research and standardization, lead innovation for 6G radio interface, radio protocols and measurements and requirements for radio resource management, and help shape the future of mobile communications—ensuring Nokia’s continued leadership in wireless research.

We are looking for experts with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience; therefore, the Job Grade (JG) will be determined and aligned based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, expertise, and overall experience.

Your responsibilities
