Senior Staff Software Engineer – Automotive Battery Management Systems (f/m/d)

Job Description

+ Lead the development and implementation of software for battery management systems (BMS) for high-voltage, 48V, and 12V automotive applications
+ Architect and design complex device drivers for BMS integrated circuits (ICs)
+ Ensure and drive functional safety according to ISO 26262 standards across projects
+ Serve as a key technical contact for OEMs and Tier-1 customers, managing customer-facing interactions and technical presentations
+ Provide technical leadership in AUTOSAR-based software architectures and solutions
+ Guide and mentor engineering teams, support customer projects, and deliver technical consulting

Qualifications

+ Educated to a degree in Electroengineering, Computer Science or similar
+ Several years of relevant professional experience
