Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to manage tasks and workflows.
Design and implement high-performance data models for HRIS products.
Lead the transition to an event-based architecture, improving system reliability and scalability.
Work across teams to scale HRIS and related products.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering skill development.
Maintain a bug rate below 0.1% in production.
