Senior Staff Technician Technology Support GaN

Act as technology technician and link between development engineering group and wafer fab operations to jointly develop a new GaN technology in Kulim wafer fab.
In your new role you will:

• Act as technology technician and link between development engineering group and wafer fab operations to jointly develop a new GaN technology in Kulim wafer fab.
• Perform experiment including wafer handling, wafer split preparation, wafer processing and lot movement and logistic.
• Work and support technology development group for analysis for PFA/FA submission, microscope inspections, inline measurements and further development analysis and activities.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Profound experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Willing to learn and develop within a new technology development group for GaN technology.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
