Senior Staff Test Engineer

Job Description

+ Develop and maintain test programs for characterization, wafer sort, and production using the Advantest V93000 (93K) platform.
+ Design and validate test hardware solutions for high-speed I/O (HSIO) applications.
+ Lead projects across all development phases, from bring-up to production ramp.
+ Collaborate with DFT and DFM teams to improve testability, optimize yield, and enhance overall test methodologies.
+ Establish and implement robust test practices, including GR&R, HTOL, and characterization procedures.
+ Drive continuous improvement of test coverage, efficiency, and quality.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship as needed across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

**Required Skills & Experience**

+ Strong expertise in high-speed interface testing, including PCIe, USB, DDR, and related protocols.
