Job Description

**Test Strategy & Development**

+ Develop cost-effective and high-efficiency test solutions for GaN and Silicon device families.
+ Create, debug, and release test programs on discrete testers and mixed signal ATE platforms. Lead the transition of legacy platforms to new technology nodes.

**Hardware Design & Requirements**

+ Lead the design reviews and acceptance of high-performance test interface hardware provided by external vendors.
+ Design test hardware including load boards, probe heads, and sockets.
+ Define test hardware requirements based on device specifications and characterization data

**Execution & Sustaining**

+ Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through validation, release, and yield ramp activities.
+ Provide sustaining support for production products and test platforms.
