Senior Staff Validation Engineer

This client are innovators within the High Speed domain focussed on the development if Mixed Signal ICs and systems for a wide range of products in the data communication domain.

They are searching for an experienced validation engineer to join their team of experts in Bristol.

Role overview

• Performing laboratory-based RF testing with a good working knowledge of both high-speed digital semiconductor testing and optical component testing and a strong fundamental lab-based test engineering knowledge.
• Participate in new product design meetings and drive test feature development as required for the successful evaluation of new products.
• Assist in designing the validation solution development for new products (software/hardware/documentation).
• Identification of bench-top test equipment for the validation of new product
• Generation of test equipment automation software using Python or Labview
