**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or account management, in the digital marketing/advertising industries.
+ Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
+ Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Czech fluently to engage with clients in the region.

+ Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
