Job Description
Drive talent success in WSP’s Transportation & Infrastructure business as a Senior Strategic HR Advisor. This role offers a chance to influence strategic talent decisions on a contract basis.
In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring that talent strategies contribute to overall business success. Your focus will be on leadership coaching, workforce planning, and using data to identify trends. You will also collaborate with various HR functions to enhance employee experiences and foster organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Influence and align business and talent strategies
• Lead workforce planning and organizational redesign
• Utilize HR KPIs to guide actionable strategies
• Organize succession planning discussions to enhance talent
• Analyze engagement data to improve workplace culture
Requirements:
• 8+ years in HR advisory or related roles
• Strong change management and organizational development skills
