Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager with a strong background in strategic sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiations within large, complex, and regulated environments. The successful candidate will partner closely with People & Culture and enterprise stakeholders to lead sourcing initiatives, drive supplier value, manage risk, and support business objectives through data-driven procurement strategies.

This role is ideal for a proactive, analytical, and relationship-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can navigate ambiguity, and is comfortable influencing senior stakeholders while managing multiple sourcing initiatives across Human Resources-related categories including Administration Services, Benefits, Recruitment, Relocation, and Training.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3–4 days in office)
Contract Length: 6 Months (Extension or FTE Conversion Possible)
Hours: 9 AM–5 PM EST
