Your key responsibilities include:

• Define and align the GFO&T strategy
• Define the GFO&T strategic roadmap in alignment with the broader Swiss Re Finance organisation. Partner closely with GFO&T leadership to shape, align, and execute the strategic vision, including the preparation and facilitation of leadership offsites and workshops.
