Senior Strategy Associate

You will be reporting to the Strategy Manager and will contribute to the development of growth and expansion initiatives for RPG. You should also have no problem in influencing the leadership team and cross functional teams to achieve alignment. The ideal candidate should be ready to roll up their sleeves & collaborate closely with team leads to take on a wide range of challenges, examples include strategy formulation, launching new business verticals, operational optimization, market research, business development and people management.

Job Responsibilities

• Group Strategy & Corporate Planning: Drive group direction, facilitate strategic workshops & corporate reporting, and spearhead the annual operating plan to drive long-term growth.
