Senior Strategy Manager (Emirati only)

We are hiring for visionary UAEN Senior Manager Strategy leader to drive strategic direction, performance excellence, and digital transformation.

• Lead multi-year strategic planning (2026–2030) aligned with D33 and UAE national agendas
• Design enterprise performance systems, KPIs, dashboards, and data‑driven insights
• Drive institutional transformation using AI, analytics, and smart customs technologies
• Conduct strategic research, foresight studies, and policy development
• Champion organizational excellence and change management

• UAE National with Family Book (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, or related field
• Minimum 11 years’ experience in strategy, planning & institutional excellence
