Senior Strategy Manager

The Strategy Manager / Senior Strategy Manager plays a critical role in developing communication strategies, messaging frameworks, audience insights, and influencer plans that power effective influencer marketing campaigns.

This role sits at the core of strategic development — translating business challenges into insight-led strategies, identifying the right creators for the right audiences, and shaping how brands show up across social platforms. While this role carries fewer formal people management responsibilities than a Strategy Director, it requires a similar level of strategic thinking, influence, and ownership across key accounts and campaigns.

You will work closely with Creative, Client Success, and Talent teams to ensure every campaign is grounded in strong human insight, clear communication direction, and smart platform and influencer choices that drive real results.
