Job Summary

The Senior Subcontracts Administrator provides comprehensive subcontracting support for multiple sites and services across the EUCOM Area of Responsibility and regional R&S Programs. The role independently manages the full lifecycle of complex subcontract service agreements, including supplier qualification, RFP issuance, proposal evaluation, negotiations, and file administration in accordance with established procedures and industry best practices.

Working under general supervision, the Senior SCA applies advanced technical knowledge to resolve complex subcontracting issues, improve processes, and ensure compliance with contractual and organizational requirements. The position also mentors junior team members and serve...
