We are supporting the growth of utility scale renewable energy projects across South Africa and are looking for a Senior Substation Primary Electrical Engineer to join a technically strong design team working across PV, wind and BESS projects.

This role is suited to an engineer who can independently deliver primary design for high voltage substations and who is comfortable working directly with project owners and Eskom from development through execution.

What you will be doing

• Lead the primary electrical design of HV substations at 132 kV and above for renewable energy projects
• Develop primary schemes and detailed construction drawings for substations
