Senior Superintendent

In support of upcoming projects, Bird Construction is reaching out to market to identify candidates interested in the Senior Superintendent position. This role will be based out of our Mississauga office but requires travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Support and identify Business Development opportunities that bring in new projects.
• Work with the Proposal Lead to develop proposed project schedule, methodology and site logistics for the proposal.
• Work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain a master project schedule with input from subcontractors using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Develop Health, Safety and Environment Plan.
• Review contracts with the Project Manager to ensure scope of work and schedules are accurate and feasible.
• Notify Equipment Management Team of requirements for the project.
