Senior Superintendent - Powerline Construction

As a Senior Superintendent you are responsible for smooth functioning of day‑to‑day field operations of power utility construction projects, leading the development of project plans and monitoring performance. Recognized as an expert within the organization, you anticipate client needs on construction issues and identify solutions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Ensures that projects are built according to approved plans, specifications and applicable building codes, and that efficiency in labour and materials maintains high quality standards. Leads development of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensures PQP conformance.
• Leads development of the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) and recommends changes and areas for improvement. Leads the incident investigation process.
