Position Overview

Wolfline BPO is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Operations Supervisor
to lead and elevate interpreter performance within a healthcare-focused OPI/VRI environment.

This role is critical to ensuring:

• Quality assurance and compliance (HIPAA, Language Access Laws)
• Interpreter coaching and performance management
• Operational efficiency and KPI tracking
• Partner communication and reporting
• Corrective action implementation (CAPA)

The ideal candidate has direct experience supervising interpreters in a fast-paced remote interpreting environment and is comfortable working with healthcare clients and external platform partners.
