TheCustomer Service, SeniorSupervisorisalso responsible for the performance management, development and engagement of theirteamand driving key initiatives.Customer Service, SeniorSupervisorhasstrong knowledge of the processes but will be supported bythe specialists. They will beclosely supportedby their direct line manager.
