Senior Supervisor Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a technically strong and experienced Senior Supervisor Manager to oversee assembly and manufacturing operations of electric scooters and motorcycles. The candidate will manage production lines, resolve technical issues, supervise workforce, and ensure quality and efficiency within the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise daily EV assembly and meet production targets.
● Troubleshoot motors, controllers (FOC/Sinewave), batteries (LFP/Lithium), BMS, and wiring harness systems.
● Oversee installation and calibration of throttle systems, digital speedometers/instrument clusters, brake cut-off sensors, lighting systems, and handlebar controls.
● Ensure proper mechanical assembly including chassis alignment, suspension fitting, disc brake installation, and torque compliance.
