Job Description

Job responsibility:
1.Monitor and ensure the operational KPI of SHA OFR Operations to be achieved, including but not limited with milestone accuracy, system data quality, automation usage and sick file.
2.Support department head to manage the GP performance, regularly review the accuracy of revenue and cost, as well as the accruals for both income and cost.
3.Coordinate with finance controller to improve the financial performance of the department.
4.Coordinate with sales to reduce the DSO/overdue aging of department.
5.Manage the billing team to fit with the billing requirement of customers.
6.Prepare business reports as required and support department head to archive the target.
7.Identify operational areas of improvement proactively.

Job requirement:
1.Diploma holder or above.
