Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• 5–6 years of related work experience in Heavy Equipment/Gen Set services or a similar industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead personnel administration and technical functions, ensuring service quality, timely delivery, and efficient man-hour utilization.
• Drive operational excellence by meeting Work in Process (WIP), Parts Return, and Days Last Labor to Invoice (DLLI) targets.
• Actively participate in weekly and monthly coordination meetings to align with business unit goals, address operational challenges, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with the Advisor – Service to review and approve parts orders and withdrawals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Plan, organize, and supervise manpower and shop resources, assigning jobs to technicians for quality and timely completion.
