Job Summary

The Senior Supervisor leads the end-to-end brokerage operations in Subic, ensuring all shipments are processed efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with BOC/PEZA/SBMA regulations. The role requires strong leadership, deep operational expertise, and the ability to drive team performance, maintain high service quality, and meet daily operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Immediately resolve operational blockers and coordinate with clients, port operators, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure effective use of BOC E2M, Seaport Portal, NAVIS, Blume, and other regulatory systems.
