About the role
As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will lead supplier quality management to ensure product and process compliance across our supply base. In this role, you will drive supplier development, validate components and processes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to reduce escapes, minimize cost of poor quality (COPQ), and strengthen supply reliability for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
Ensuring supplier compliance with quality requirements, including specifications, internal standards, quality manual requirements, and control of critical-to-quality characteristics (CTQs).
Leading supplier quality activities, including structured problem-solving (8D, A3, Six Sigma), containment actions, corrective actions, and recurrence prevention—both in-plant and in the field.
