**Your role:**
+ Responsible for driving supplier partners' high-quality performance by applying Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) in product industrialization, striving for continuous quality improvement throughout the product lifecycle, and ensuring regulatory compliance, working under limited supervision.
+ The role coordinates Quality Engineering assessments of potential new suppliers to ensure they meet company standards. The role serves as a core member of NPI project teams, developing and executing APQP plans to ensure consistent product quality.
+ The role facilitates collaboration between R&D and suppliers in DfX initiatives, ensuring CtQ characteristics are communicated and maintained.
+ The role coordinates Part Submission Warrant plans and executes supplier improvement initiatives, managing the Approved Supplier List and negotiating Supplier Quality Agreements.
