Lead a team of Supplier Quality Engineers that are responsible for all components within the Mechanical Center of Excellence, which may include, but not limited to: Drives, Bearings, Hardware, Tooling

Essential Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

+ Lead Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP) strategies based on Advance Quality Planning Principles (APQP) in support of our New Product Introduction process and our Sourcing strategies for alternative source development.
+ Drive strong partnerships with Engineering and the Sourcing PM&O office counterparts to facilitate cross functional concurrent product and process development within the APQP framework and aligned to our NPI integrated schedule.
