Senior Supply Planning Leader - Inventory & Logistics

Monster Energy LATAM is seeking a Senior Supply Manager to lead the Supply Planning Team in Santiago, Chile. This role focuses on performance improvement across the supply chain, managing inventory, copacker relationships, and digital adoption of systems for optimal production flow.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and extensive experience in supply chain management, along with leadership capabilities. Proficiency in SAP and Power BI, as well as fluency in both English and Spanish, are preferred.
