Senior Support Engineer

Overview

Senior Support Engineer with a hands-on approach to join our client’s IT team. Our team provides IT support to end users on-site and around the world, managing workstations, software licenses, meeting room AV, and console development kits.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support services to employees, contractors, and partners in collaboration with the broader support team.
• Respond to user requests and track task status promptly using a service management platform (e.g., Jira Service Management).
• Create and update user instructions and internal IT support documentation.
• Participate in internal team communications and communications with end users.
• Assist in developing IT service management processes and IT support workflows.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute as a project team member to internal IT support development initiatives.
