Senior Support Worker

Stockport / Cheshire / South Trafford You will be responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all Care & Support Workers.

As a Senior you will be the vital link between our customers and our care service. You will use your skills of analysis to turn each Clients requirements into a bespoke home care service that exceeds their expectations. Some of your duties will include: working with the care coordinator to find the right care worker to match the customer’s requirements; introduce care workers to the customer and keep the customer up to date with any changes to their care plan, working alongside the team in the field ensuring the highest level of care is being provided.

Communication skills are key in this vital role.
