Job Description

Competency:  
A Certified FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Piping Inspector/QA QC Inspector ensures that GRP/GRE/GRV piping systems are fabricated, installed, and tested according to project specifications, ITPs, and international standards (., ASME, ASTM). Key duties include material verification, adhesive bonding monitoring, NDT, and hydro testing. 
Core Responsibilities  
Material Receiving & Inspection:  Verify incoming pipes, fittings, and adhesives (GRE/GRV) against material certificates (MTC) and specification requirements. 
Fabrication & Installation Monitoring:  Witness cutting, shaving, adhesive bonding, and cure time to ensure structural integrity. 
Visual & Dimensional Checks:  Perform inspection of fit-up, support installation, and final alignment before and after installation.
